One untoward comment you're out * Mahin greyblue eyes sparkle watching Verna, a soft smile upon his lips <Oryx> Kenji, the chalice, if you please * Oryx holds His hand out * shirin{M} as the headdress settles upon the staff, rises to place the crown of yellow talender blosoms atop the Huntress Vernas head * shirin{M} settles again at master Oryxs' side * Oryx smiles at lil shirin * Kenji rises and takes the silver, very large silver chalace. walking to Oryx and handing it to Him. * Verna smiles at the lovely girl that smells of almonds eyes welling feeling the lovilness of the soft flora * Oryx smiles at Kenji, and accepts the special, ancient chalice * Kenji smiles, bows His head and steps back. * Verna eyes it wondering what potent is in it * Verna licks her lips slowly * Mahin grins * Oryx turns to Mahin <Oryx> do you have the contract? <Mahin> I have words that come from my heart to say to my Lady * Verna lets dark eyes wander up to him, silk tresses of blond now over my cheeks head encircled in a golden hue of flowers * Mahin smiles remembering the rence paper in his pouch <Mahin> nervous me, nah * Verna twists her lips holding back a chuckle * Mahin fumbles at the pouch at his side, then removes the rence and hands it to Oryx * shirin{M} smiles softly as kara enters.... then watches Masters' every move * kara- slips in quietly, smiling softly <Oryx> kara, do not greet, but kneel next to shirin * Oryx inspects the contract * Verna lets my fingers nervously run up the staff <Oryx> Kenji, and Reue, please approach to witness the signing <Verna> thinks oh thats later * kara- moves to kneel in place, quietly watches * Reue smiles and walks to Oryx with light steps, standing next to Him * Kenji walks with long strides to Oryx. * Verna smiles to her long time Sister eyes now starting to well * Oryx pulls out a special silver -=#=--- used only for Ceremonies of Free Companionship * Viviane remains quietly in the background * Oryx hands the instrument to Mahin * Mahin accepts it from his Brother <Oryx> sign, now, before the witnesses, Mahin * Reue smiles with love, to Her Sister. * Oryx holds the contract out * Mahin signs the contract, then smiles broadly * Verna feels the very sound of the impement upon the rence * Oryx accepts the -=#=--- back from Mahin, and hands it to the Huntress * Mahin hands the instrument back to Brother O <Oryx> now, don't poke Me with that, it's SHARP * Mahin laughs <Mahin> sorry, nerves and all <Oryx> Huntress Verna, read over the contract, be sure it is what you and Mahin agreed to, and if it is your free will to do so, sign * shirin{M} watches quietly, dark fawn eyes moist * Oryx smiles at the newly arriving Guests * Verna slips the paper gently from Oryx's hand and then looks upon it, mouth moving to the words upon it seeing that she will be the woman of the Tuchuk Mahin and no longer of the Sisterhood, smiling and happy in her choice taking the pen to her hand and then pressing it to the rence making her mark, her word upon it * Verna blows lightly upon the ink making sure it dries and does not smear and hands it back to Oryx * Mahin smiles watching * Oryx softly sighs, a smile working on His lips <Verna> done * Oryx accepts the contract in return, and turns to Kenji and Reue <Oryx> sign at the bottom, where it says "witnessed" * Oryx holds the contract for Kenji * Verna glances up to see her sweet Luxuria has made it to share tonight and dear Tarlsy <Tarl_Redhair> :) * Kenji takes the contract and the special pen, signing it and handing it back. * Luxuria smiles to Her * Oryx turns to Reue, and hands her the -=#=--- * Verna feels her head spin * Oryx accepts the contract in return, and secrets the -=#=--- away * Oryx signals to the slave with the special sweet Turian ka-la-na to come forward and pour the Cup of Celebrant * nineve{RN} rise with the heavy bota in her hands, moving to Master Oryx and fills the chalice with the heady dark wine, it's bouquet assailing the nostrils of all present. the chalice filled, she retreats respectfully to her place. * Oryx smiles to Mahin <Oryx> please, Mahin, honor the Huntress... well, ex-Huntress.. and the Ceremony, and the Sky above with your words of Celebration * Mahin smiles * Mahin turns to Verna * Verna looks up to the grey eyes * Viviane listens <Mahin> There is much I should say yet the words don't seem to express the feelings. We have known each other for a very long time, since I first came to this realm called Gor. I met you for the first time in Kanda & Quiva Hall, since then our paths have crossed and parted many times. There have been good times as well as bad times, yet we are always drawn back to each other. I do not pretend to believe that our Companioning will change this, we are both strong minded, and opinionated, but I feel that we give each other strength. This strength shall carry us along the pathways, allowing us to endure whatever arises. * shirin{M} lifts her chin, gazing upon them... hearing the words with her heart <Mahin> You have been there for me many times, and I for you upon several different occasions. I remember when Towers fell, how I worried, and wondered if you were safe and well. I remember looking and hoping to catch a glimpse of you on almost a daily basis. I remember too when my health was an issue, that you were one to worry about me. Even though I would not allow you to feel what I was going through most times, you still knew in your heart, and cared all the more. We have always been a support for each other, and no matter what we shall always remain this way. * Verna smiles feeling very warm and very loved and cared for <Mahin> There is no one on Gor with the exception of shirin that knows me the way you do. We have always been honest with each other, we have fought, argued, parted from each other for a time, and always we come back to each other. That honesty has been the purity of our relationship, and no relationship whether o/l or r/t can survive for long without it. As you put it once we have matured now and this only cements our bond tighter than ever before. * Verna smiles brightly and very proud and honored to be before him right now <Mahin> I do not wish you to change because of this simple ceremony but to be as you have always been, Free, independent, and outspoken to stand not behind me, nor before me, but beside me.
